Middle of the jungle: the location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by the beauty of nature. It felt like being immersed in the jungle, making it a unique and memorable experience.
Room quality: the room we stayed in was not cozy and lacked proper lighting. the cold blue light made the room feel cold and uninviting.

I had the most incredible experience at a charming jungle retreat. Waking up to the sounds of howling monkeys surrounding my cozy cabin was truly unforgettable. The location of the hotel, within walking distance of the National Park entrance, was perfect for exploring the beautiful scenery. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel premises added to the overall charm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a unique stay in the heart of the jungle.
While the price-value ratio might not have been perfect, the unique experience and stunning surroundings made up for it. Additionally, I would have appreciated having some special offers for breakfast or meals during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Maya Bell! the palm-roofed cabana was tucked amongst the trees, creating a natural and peaceful atmosphere. the attentive staff made us feel right at home, and the reception and restaurant were a delight with their high palm roofs and great ventilation. In the evenings, the beautifully lit pathways created a magical ambiance. And of course, the highlight of our stay was the close proximity to the howler monkeys. Watching a group of seven, including an adorable baby, climbing and eating fruits right above our hut was an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of the Palenque ruins, and cooling off in the pool was a refreshing treat after a day of sightseeing. Cons: Nothing, it's perfect! 🌟.

We had an incredible experience at Maya Bell, nestled in the jungle near Palenque ruins. From our cabana, we listened to the enchanting sounds of birds and monkeys, and stargazing at night was truly magical. The unique location allowed us to feel connected to nature, and the pristine rooms added to the overall experience. We even spotted shy capybaras roaming around the lovely garden. The temazcal adventure rejuvenated our spirits and provided a once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience. The restaurant offered tasty food, and the staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
The cabana's path was broken and uneven, and it would be great to have some recliners by the pool for added comfort. Additionally, it would be more environmentally friendly to have soap dispensers instead of single-use soaps to reduce plastic waste.
